“As a first-time Hajji from Bradford, I was nervous about the crowds and logistics. Barakah's team guided us step by step, from UK visa checks to the final tawaf. The hotels were as described and we were never left confused about what would happen next.”

“We travelled from Glasgow for a 10-night Umrah as a family of five. The team patiently adjusted our itinerary to fit school holidays and arranged connecting rooms near the Haram. Every cost was itemised in £ so we knew exactly what we were paying for.”

Typically you will need a valid UK passport (usually with at least 6 months validity beyond your travel dates), recent passport‑size photographs, proof of address, and in some cases marriage/birth certificates for family members. Specific requirements can change, especially for Hajj visas, so we will provide an up‑to‑date checklist when you enquire.
For Hajj, it is wise to begin enquiries 8–12 months before you plan to travel, as spaces are limited and Saudi regulations can affect availability. For Umrah, 2–4 months in advance is usually sufficient, but Ramadan and school holiday periods should be booked earlier to secure better £ prices and hotel options.
Visa processes are set by the Saudi authorities and can change. In general, we will guide you through whether you are eligible for an e‑visa, a dedicated Umrah visa, or other routes, and will explain the steps, forms and timings. For Hajj, visas are strictly controlled and linked to approved packages – we will advise you on current rules when you enquire.
Saudi and UK health authorities set vaccination and health rules, which may include meningitis, COVID‑19 or other vaccines. These requirements can change, so we will share current guidance from official sources when you book, and we recommend you also consult your GP or travel clinic in the UK for personalised medical advice.
Each package has a clear inclusion list, usually covering flights, visas or visa guidance, hotels, ground transport and guided rituals. Exclusions often include personal spending money, some meals, optional ziyarah tours, travel insurance and qurbani unless explicitly stated. We provide a clear written list in £ GBP before you commit.
On selected Hajj and Umrah packages we can offer installment/payment plans in Pound Sterling for eligible UK residents. Typically you pay a deposit to secure your place, followed by scheduled payments before departure. Full terms, dates and amounts will be provided in writing and must be met to keep your booking secure.
Most packages depart from London (Heathrow or Gatwick) and many options are available from Birmingham and Manchester. For other airports such as Glasgow, Edinburgh or Leeds/Bradford, availability may vary. Let us know your preferred airport and we will advise on options and price differences in £ GBP.
You will be given UK and Saudi contact numbers for urgent issues. Our on‑ground partners can assist with missed transfers, hotel queries or medical emergencies, and we work within UK and Saudi rules to resolve problems fairly. We encourage you to contact us as soon as an issue arises so we can help quickly.
