What is included in your Hajj packages by default?
All of our Hajj packages include: return international flights (unless otherwise stated), Hajj visa processing, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah according to your chosen category, accommodation in Mina and Arafat in line with your package level, ground transport between holy sites, group guidance with scholars, basic meals on key Hajj days, and 24/7 on-ground support staff.
How early should I book my Hajj package?
Because Hajj quotas and flight allocations are limited, we recommend booking 8–12 months in advance wherever possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred room type, travel dates, and budget. Last-minute requests may still be accommodated, but with fewer options and higher price variations.
Can you customise Umrah packages for my family or group?
Yes. Umrah is highly flexible—we can adjust travel dates, hotel categories, room types, and the number of nights in each city. We routinely build custom itineraries for families, senior pilgrims, group leaders, and corporate delegations, including private transport and bespoke guided tours where requested.
Do you provide female group leaders and support?
On many of our departures we include experienced female group leaders and assistants, especially on family and community packages. If this is important for your group, please let us know during your initial enquiry so we can match you to the right departure or design a suitable custom itinerary.
What payment plans are available?
Typically, we require an initial deposit to secure your place, followed by staged payments prior to departure. The exact amounts and schedule depend on your chosen package and departure date. Your consultant will provide a clear payment plan and due dates before you commit to booking.
How do you support elderly or mobility-challenged pilgrims?
We pay particular attention to pilgrims with mobility needs, helping with hotel selection (distance to Haram, elevator access), wheelchair arrangements, and adjusted schedules where possible. For Hajj, we also coordinate with our on-ground team to ensure additional assistance during key movements and rites.
